Receive New Patient Appointment Requests Directly From Google Searches

Today, Doctor.com continues to lead in online appointment scheduling with yet another first-to-market solution for healthcare providers.  For the first time ever, Doctor.com customers can receive patient appointment requests directly from Google search results and Google Maps.

Doctor.com’s appointment request link can now be seamlessly integrated into the Google knowledge panel that shows up on Google search results and Maps pages.  By activating this feature, providers can enable potential and existing patients to find convenient times and make appointment requests in just a few clicks.

According to research by Google, 82% of people use search engines to find local information, and 70% look at search listings before making a decision.  An easily accessible appointment request link on a healthcare provider’s Google search results or Maps pages will help providers stand out and drive more appointment requests.

Providers subscribed to Doctor.com can enable this new integration by logging into their Doctor.com account and following the instructions within the Google My Business Integrations section.  Alternatively, Doctor.com customers may reach out directly to their Account Managers with any questions.
