I am really happy with the high quality care Nurse Ortega gave me on my visit. She reviewed my history, listened attentively when I described symptoms, and provided sound assurance about my condition. She anticipated what I might need and moved to provide it. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and set me at ease throughout. The quality of care was superlative, and the patient experience was most excellent. I really commend Nurse Ortega!
