“The nurse and doc were worried a...”

The nurse and doc were worried about my blood pressure. I think it was the appointment I forgot my glasses and my blood work my family doc doesn't send them. But will see how it goes, doc knows best. I like to be prepared and have what I need when I come. Thank you
