After being pretty much abandoned by my former healthcare provider, I signed up for Firefly Health in desperation not knowing exactly what to expect. It was the best decision I have made on my road to wellness so far. I’m dealing with some scary symptoms, and all I really needed was someone to listen. I got so much more than that during a video visit with Abigail Richman. She gave me more than 45 minutes of her time, which allowed me to address every single one of my health concerns, and she had a solution to each one. Like magic, I was immediately referred to the proper specialists and was able to get an appointment with one soon after our video visit ended. Everything is lining up, and I don’t feel lost anymore. My gratitude for Abigail and Firefly Health is so strong that I got quite emotional during our call. To finally be heard and taken seriously is huge. To be treated like a human and not a number is paramount.
