“Great experience”

I transferred to Firefly when my previous PCP stopped practicing medicine and I had difficulties finding a doctor who will take me in sooner than 2022. I spoke with Kim at my initial visit and she was very attentive and understanding of my situation. Kim followed up on my concerns with extended questionnaires and we laid out a care plan. She gets in touch with me to check how I’m doing and answers all my questions. I am very happy to receive such a great care so fast. Now my health is in good hands.

“Listens to all my concerns”

Kim is very open minded and a good listener, she is never dismissive which is so important for someone with/trying to get a diagnosis for a chronic illness. She is happy to consult with another doctor or specialist and/or make referrals. She (and the firefly team) is also willing to help find me referrals when I’m not in MA (I travel full time). The one bummer is that I don’t have the option to see her in person if I want something looked at physically.
