I came into the appointment having not been seen by a primary care provider in many years. Fabiana helped me navigate addressing any concerns or questions I had and provided me was a plan to address general wellness questions and concerns that were not at the forefront of my mind, but likely should have been, in a way that did not seem as though she was just trying to order tests and procedures for billing sake. Overall, a very good experience.

I’m a nurse and very use to interacting with practitioners. FNP Saad conveyed professionalism and took a clear interest in my issue. I had a very positive interaction and as someone who doesn’t go to the doctor unless I’m VERY ill or have had an issue for an extended period of time this form of care is a much better fit for me. I believe that I will take better care of myself from now on as a direct result of this platform.

As usual with Firefly, I love the convenience of having my doctors appointments virtual. There is no wasted time driving to the appointment, sitting in a waiting room, followed by further waiting in the treatment rooms. The doctor showed up on time for the virtual appointment, we discussed all relevant issues and a treatment plan was proposed which I agreed to. The doctor did not push medications, and urged good health through better diet and exercise. I think Firefly is great and would recommend them to anyone!
