She listens and takes as long as it takes to assure that I feel heard and I feel I'm in good hands. We communicate well on My Chart when I have a question that doesn't require an in office visit and get a reply right away. I also love having a woman physician.

Dr. Baig-Lewis always takes to time to discuss the issue that brought me into the office. She asks thorough questions and listens intently to my responses (especially when trying to explain or describe my concern). Dr. Baig-Lewis clearly discusses her thoughts with me and explains the regimen of care she prescribes. I am really glad Dr. Baig-Lewis is my wife's and my physician.

I am listened to, treated with respect, she knows my medical needs and takes time with me I never feel rushed! Even if I had to wait to see her, I wouldn't mind because I know she is taking time with someone else.
