This provider took input from the receptionist when we came for an appt that wasnt scheduled. He asked appropriate questions and gave them to this provider who followed up by scheduling this appt. All issues were addressed in this appt which happened within a week of our appearance for the unscheduled appt. Receptionist and provider went the extra mile to see that our questions and needs were met and not lost due to inaction. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE!!

I have seen Dr. Leonard for many years. We have a good rapport and I trust her recommendations. She gives me goodinformation and suggestions for care. She does not hesitate to discuss sensitive Issues or offer opinions that are different than mine. This relationship has taken years and hard work to develop. She cannot control aspects of health care that are a problem but she does advocate for me when she can.
