Dr Emily Hitchcock has always taken time to discuss any symptoms and issues I have ever had. She's always been the one person I have ever trusted to help me figure out this body I've been given and all its "special-ness" that is involved.If I have ever been frustrated, it's only in the fact that I can't figure out how to get my body out of "trauma mode."I'm constantly exhausted and in pain bc I never relax even during sleep, but Dr Hitchcock gives me a safe space to say when I'm truly struggling and I can't thank her and all her residents and care team for their help over these nearly 20 years of care.Thank you.

Dr. Hitchcock continues to show compassion, care and concern for me even when I have difficult questions or need reminders about the direction we've decided to go with my care. She professionally guides me but let's me make decisions about my care. She is a doctor I wish everyone could have.
