Overall, I've never had an issue with Dr. Chau. He is amazing, professional, and always gets back to me no matter how busy he may be. I believe it is the same across all of his patients. I believe he is truly passionate about his career and definitely has the knowledge and empathy to prove so. To take it even further, this is the first time in my life that I feel like I am being heard by my care team, so extremely thankful.
