Good listener.......not enough time to ask all my questions for her opinion......I needed at least another 30-45 minutes to go over all my issues and medications, update my chart. The chart of medications on my portal are WRONG WRONG WRONG ...AND HAVE BEEN FOR YEARS. I talk to nurses & doctors but nobody "knows how to "update, correct, add, or subtract" information on this portal system, The portal system is dangerous as it does not have correct information for me.
