I have been to 3 ENT doctors regarding an abnormal test. This is the first doctor that was able to explain the problem and abnormality to me clearly, offer me 3 options for treatment, explain the risk of each and possible benefits AND offer mitigation strategies to improve daily life. He really lifted my anxiety and help to direct me to better health choices.
