“I don't remember his name, but I...”

I don't remember his name, but I have seen him in the past and he was very attentive and I would be happy to have him for my regular care provider. In the past when he saw me he was able to help me get xrays and a referal. When I see him I feel very comfortable with him and don't feel like I'm beeing rushed or not listened to.
