Michelle Sullivan has been a great care provider for me, thoughtful, thorough, supportive and informative. All staff at the Hawks Prairie facility, including walk in clinic, labs, etc. Have been great. I am very disappointed the walk in clinic, labs and imaging have been closed. It was very convenient for patients on the north side of the freeway. Now the nearest facility for labs and imaging is the hospital, already swamped and very difficult to find parking. Other options are at least 30 minutes away, on College Street or in Yelm. Providence staff are wonderful, in my experience, but I'm not happy about admin decisions.
