Ms. Soledad is exceptional. At every visit, she consistently meets-and often exceeds-my expectations. She demonstrates excellence in all aspects of her work, from patient care to customer service. I always feel at ease in her care, and she treats me with genuine respect and professionalism.In contrast, my experience with the medical assistant has been less positive. At times, her demeanor has come across as dismissive and somewhat impersonal, though she remains respectful.
