Dr.P is fantastic. He is very compassionate and explains things thoroughly.I had a difficult time scheduling this follow-up. I told scheduling personnel on the portal and on the phone that I was concerned with the aggressive growth of my lymph node and would like to have an appointment in October. Several times they did not return my call after saying they would call me back, and a few times I didn't get a reply on the portal.

I was an outpatient ENT patient at Baptist for many years. My ENT there has become a hospitalist at Baptist, his office is occupied by ENT North Florida Surgeons at Baptist. Baptist no longer has a dedicated outpatient ENT department any longer. I am glad I found ENT department at Mayo and am considering other specialty clinics at Mayo. I like the collaborative and comprehensive nature of Mayo Clinic ENT department.
