Information desk representative escorted me up to [the] department since I had never been to Mayo's before. He was very friendly and helpful. Registration was very pleasant. RN for Dr Menapace was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Doctor was friendly and pleasant and listened to what I said. Facility had a comforting atmosphere, relaxing waiting room and clean.
