Service from all involved courteous, friendly and timely. I was impressed with the voice therapist, and over the top with Dr. Rutt. She was friendly, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. Also, the [team member] performing the scope was good at communicating about the procedure.

We chose Mayo because we were not satisfied with local physician and from the first phone call to the last interaction with the nurse, we have been extremely happy. Everyone was courteous and caring. We are confident we chose wisely.
