“Dr. Wool was my surgeon in Dec. ...”
Dr. Wool was my surgeon in Dec. 2024 on my left shoulder. When symptoms surfaced with my right shoulder this year, I tried to make contact with the doctor again for the treatment since he did such a great job but found out that he had left UPMC. Unable to determine his new residence, I was forced to go with another surgeon, I was not up to my expectations. (He performed surgery on my right wrist for carpal tunnel. I would rate that surgeon in the range of poor to fair in the categories above.).Being dissatisfied, I extended my search parameters to include York and found Dr. Wool there at WellSpan, Apple Hill. A little further to go, but well worth the drive. He took his time, answered my questions, provided options, provided a shot to relieve the pain in my shoulder and together developed a plan to move forward. WellSpan was fortunate to get Dr. Wool. And If I my add, [provider name] who I understand you also picked up from UMPC, did my left wrist last year and was outstanding.
