I'm am very picky about care. I don't trust providers most of the time so I've chosen a direct PCP instead of a medical office (medical offices generally suck or at least the patient experience is never great) and I don't have the luxury of time for anything non-essential, so when I take time to complete a survey, it's either because of a really bad or a really good experience. This was excellent provider care, the way it should be. The way he took his time, explained everything, managed to get a needle into my hand (I may have minor PTSD from a prior hand wound) without me screaming or running was incredible. Nice, personable, knowledgeable, and I now have relief.
