I appreciated Dr. Wollan-Francis's demeanor and her bedside manner. She made me feel very comfortable, didn't appear rushed even though it was the end of the day, and explained steps and possibilities clearly.

Some of us visiting an Obgyn can't have children, the lack of separation can be traumatizing. I'm not sure what the answer is but I sat down with family care where I was more comfortable and made the woman calling me wait as I made a rather lengthy walk
