Dr. Wollan Francis was obviously very busy the morning of my appointment. In casual conversation with the assistant who roomed me, the assistant apologized for the wait that I was experiencing and I learned that the Dr was juggling calls to the hospital for more than one patient of hers who were in labor, as well as attending to the patients with scheduled appointments in the clinic. Despite Dr. Wollan Francis running behind schedule, she did not make me feel rushed when she came into the room, she took the time to explain many things, and addressed all of my concerns in a calm, friendly, and thorough manner. She is an outstanding clinician and would gladly wait extra time in the waiting room to have such caring and thorough care. I would also like to give a shout out to the assistant, who returned to the exam room while I was waiting for the doctor, apologized again for the wait, and offered water and other beverages during my wait. An outstanding experience.

Dr.Wollan was very sweet, kind and talkative, great bedside manner! She made sure that I understood the procedure and process. She even gave me a little quiz just to make sure I understood. For being my first visit with her, I appreciated the whole process and would choose Dr. Wollan again. Thank you to the scheduling receptionist that scheduled my appointment; she was right when she said Dr. Wollan would be best fit for me.

I really appreciate how she not only gave me the truth-very clear information about my condition, but she also gave me information about the current medical landscape (I.e. Where to get testing, finding a doctor, etc.). Such information is very useful to me as I navigate this industry to care for myself.
