I'm providing feedback about my recent appointment because the experience was concerning and did not meet my expectations for care.I came in for evaluation of abnormal bleeding that has been occurring for the past three months. During the visit, no physical exam was performed, and the focus shifted quickly to menopause without a thorough evaluation or discussion of other possible causes. Given my age and symptoms, I expected a more complete assessment or at least a clear explanation of why certain steps (like an exam or imaging) were not being taken.I also brought a written list of symptoms that I've experienced consistently for over 20 years, which I felt could be relevant to a broader hormonal issue. I was asked to repeat these symptoms multiple times, which made me feel like I wasn't being heard or that my concerns weren't being taken seriously. The conversation then became narrowly focused on hair loss, with comments that felt dismissive and minimized the larger pattern of symptoms I was trying to explain.Additionally, when I asked questions about treatment options and medications, including alternatives, the responses felt dismissive rather than informative. At one point, I was asked if my questions came from ChatGPT, which came across as unprofessional and discouraging of patient engagement in their own health.Overall, I left the appointment feeling dismissed, unheard, and without a clear plan for properly evaluating my symptoms. I would have appreciated a more thorough, respectful discussion of my concerns, clearer clinical reasoning, and a more comprehensive approach to care.I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that future patients receive a more attentive and collaborative experience.

Incredibly grateful to have landed a patient here in their care. They never fail to provide a welcoming environment.
