This was my first meeting with Dr Richards along with having a procedure in office. The procedure was not as routine as it could have been due to unforeseen circumstances not caused by the practice and Dr Richards was wonderful working through it all and providing options and being patient. Ultimately things ended up well in the end and prevented needing additional procedures. Overall excellent care, patience, did not feel rushed through appointment, extra compassion noted. Highly recommend.
