She explained every action she was taking during the exam, checked my comfort level, and provided feedback on the conditions she saw (in my case all positive). The visit provided the reassurance I was seeking and gave me confidence that I could schedule a visit If I experienced any gynecological health Issues.

Dr Richards was amazing. I've seen a number of different doctors for this specific issue (had to change providers due to insurance). This was my first time seeing her and she immediately seemed more knowledgeable with better insight than my prior doctors. I was impressed that while she had some of my prior test result data, she made sure to get the rest so she could confirm her diagnosis. I look forward to continuing seeing her and probably would do so even if my insurance changes again! I've already recommended her to one of my friends.
