“She was a great listener to our ...”

She was a great listener to our concerns and referred us to the proper specialist and was already thinking of what next steps would be if that specialist did not find anything of concern. She also made sure to help me feel comfortable with coming in after going many years without seeing a doctor. She listened to things my wife has noticed of the years rather than dismissing them which we both greatly appreciated.
