“WOW I am blown away. My view and...”

WOW I am blown away. My view and previous experience with healthcare has been completely changed. This is the first time I have felt like I have been listened to and understood - not just answered a multiple question quiz, scribbled a prescription and brushed on. Katherine took the time to have a discussion with me, understand my experience fully, and provide helpful suggestions. She's the best 10/10!
