Alexis was very helpful and understanding. She really listened and took my concerns seriously.

I don't feel that I was heard overall regarding my needs. I felt like once she found out I have taken Lorazapam in the past she passed judgment and even though I have used it sparingly in the past, she made the comment that it might be best to seek psychiatric care in the future. I am not sure how she came to that conclusion as I voiced over and over that I do not like to take pills daily and I have used this form of medication only as needed.
