Alexis was very helpful and understanding. She really listened and took my concerns seriously.

I don't feel that I was heard overall regarding my needs. I felt like once she found out I have taken Lorazapam in the past she passed judgment and even though I have used it sparingly in the past, she made the comment that it might be best to seek psychiatric care in the future. I am not sure how she came to that conclusion as I voiced over and over that I do not like to take pills daily and I have used this form of medication only as needed.

She is very kind and showed compassion towards my grandmother (the pt). My grandmother said she was happy with the way she was treated and her questions and concerns were addressed appropriately.
