“This was my first time meeting D...”

This was my first time meeting Dr Fleeks. I was very impressed with his professionalism, his listening and understanding, and attention to details. Reading my After Visit Summary showed me he listened and understood my issues and seemed to want to help me. He listened when I varied off of "just the facts". He didn't seem rushed or rude in any way. It was a very positive experience and I felt very comfortable talking to him.
