Dr Schupp is excellent. He came in and explained what was going on with my shoulder. He explained the options and the order he proposed to try them and why. He went over what it would take to make the option successful (ie exercises and avoiding certain things). He listened to my questions and didn't rush me when I asked follow-up clarification questions. I walked away feeling like I had a plan in place with knowledge of when to gauge whether the plan was working or not and when to follow-up.
