“Relaxed and positive”

I met with my provider to go over some lab work and medications. My provider was very positive and had a clear plan to help me that put me at ease. The role of a provider in this setting has to be very busy seeing a new patient every 15-20 minutes. He was prepared and I feel seen. I appreciate him.
