“Good all around”
Jeff is a knowledgeable to-the-point provider. He listens to the whole story before he speaks or gives his assessment. It’s refreshing not to be interrupted or cut short when explaining a situation. I also believe he actually reads through the nurses notes before entering the room. Jeff listens to all questions and gives good short understandable answers. When he doesn’t know an answer he’s not arrogant and pretends to know. Mike is humble and will ask a colleague for their opinion. Jeff does not give a warm and fuzzy initial vibe but his listening skills, knowledge, and ability to explain in layman’s terms is why I really like seeing him. He ends the appointment with a handshake and that’s another plus in my book.
