Check in was a little tedious and while the staff was pleasant, they seemed more focused on tasks.

Trinity, Jeffrey Mikesell's assistant was very friendly and upbeat. Jeffrey treated me with respect and with a friendly demeanor the whole time, like I was a "regular" even though this was my first time.

After my exam I had a little blood work to be done. The phlebotomist was professional but not engaging.

I was given referrals at checkout and the young lady who printed those for me was very upbeat and cheerful.

I felt very comfortable with the team and, while this was just an initial visit and checkup, I felt comfortable asking questions and engaging as needed.
