“Dr.Mark is fantastic.Let’s you get out your true feelingsgs”

Went in for really bad anxiety which was very new to me.Listened to what I was going thru at the time about me have claustrophobic from my clothes were to tight from keeping doors open at all times.These kind of feelings are not me.So he had 2 plans for me in case Plan A did work.Never used plan B yet seems like A is working so Far.Blood work next.
