This is the first time in my whole life where I feel comfortable scheduling my appointments whenever I feel sick or something feels off. I know she will listen to everything I have to say and send me to get some tests done to see what could be possible issues. It's the first time where I feel heard and not brushed off. She helps me get some tests done even when during my appointment there's no symptoms present, which was new to me. I will continue to come to NP Licauco.

As you can see by my responses everything was excellent. This was a first visit prompted by needs for a couple specialty areas so we covered everything thoroughly. Being the first time I have to say getting the appt was a bit awkward and time consuming. But everyone involved was patient and respectful on the phone. I like the facility itself. Beautiful and clean and welcoming. However, I am sure you have heard it before but I would prefer parking be validated.

Jackie is absolutely amazing. She made me feel so much better about my healthy anexity and didn't shame me for my the number on the scale. She showed me my labs and explained everything in detail. She's incredible and why I love coming back to see her. She's the literal best. 10/10
