Dr. Shirvanian is a really good doctor and I am happy to be her patient. However, getting through by phone to ask a question or make an appointment is extremely difficult. It seems as though one or two people are answering a huge number of phones and so you have a LONG wait time getting a human response. A couple of times I just had to give up and hang up. Once or twice the person who finally answered said they would leave a note for the doctor and she would call me back. I never heard back. Better phone service would be a huge plus. But I am very happy with Dr. Shirvanian. She is friendly, knowledgeable and never rushes me. She always asks me if I gave any questions and I appreciate that.
