One clerk/nurse provided me water and asked if I needed her to stay which was very sweet. Dr. Mane was attentive and seemed very caring about my concerns. Another clerk/nurse took some time to take my vitals but nothing too crazy.

I was very happy and satisfied with my visit. I've prolonged my care because of not finding the right fit with a provider and chose Urgent Care rather than establishing care. The urgent care doctor suggested finding a physician, so I gave it another shot. The doctor showed compassion and concern and listened to all the details of my history and did not rush me or make me feel uncomfortable when discussing my physical concerns and stress.

Exceptional doctors. Extremely unreachable staff during business hours. Any time of any day you get "due to unusual long wait times". How can this be. You are either short staffed or biting more than you can chew.
