My care provider stated that she would get back to me regarding an urgent appointment referral with another provider, as the next available appointment was not until the end of the month. She told me she would take care of it, but I never received a follow-up. I had to contact the office more than two to three times to get an answer. More than a week has passed, and my appointment referral and medication issue still have not been addressed
