The front desk associate did not smile or give me eye contact. It was very much a transaction. The MA in the background office was so friendly, caring and communicated respectfully and kindly. She made up for the front office staff. Dr Davydov reviewed my previous tests related to current concerns and was willing to take steps to alleviate my health concerns.
