Wait time for appointment with Dr. Flores through the online patient portal was 4 months. When I arrived, the office staff told me that I should have called the office because they could have gotten me in sooner. What?? That is a real disappointment. However, the experience with Dr. Flores was 10/10 though. He's really great. And I say that as a 55 year old fellow medical doctor that has had decades of experience with other doctors, to know who is good, and who is, well, not so good. And Dr. Flores is good. He is very good. No negative feedback. No Suggestions for change.
