“I would only recommend that the ...”

I would only recommend that the doctor get back to the patient according to the priority of the message. Or, endorse to the nurses/medical assistants a reply to the patient. I had forgotten to mention other symptoms I was experiencing at the time, as I thought they were related to a dental issue. However, I still called and left a message for Dr. Lee because I wanted his advice, especially since I had to work the following day and needed to plan my care accordingly.

I have consistently rated Dr. Lee Extremely high during all prior surveys. He is a personable, professional, and very capable doctor. However, I am tired of constantly being asked to complete surveys after each visit. Would you please provide an option to respond in a way such as "nothing has changed since the prior survey was completed." Otherwise, I am going to refrain from completing the surveys because the information has already been provided to you.
