I appreciate Dr Bo Deng. She is nice and listens. That is why I drive a bit far to see her. The staff are nice but need help when paperwork needs attention. They didn't realize mine wasn't filled out. They messaged telling me it was. The only reason I found out was I asked for a mailed copy. This mishap cost me a lapse in my insurance getting needed paperwork in time. I was upset but even more disappointed no one caredto look for the doctor's signature.
