She takes the time to listen to my concerns, answers my questions, and truly makes me feel like she cares about my health.Recently, she went above and beyond to help me with an issue involving my medication and insurance approval. I know it required extra time and follow-up on her part, and I'm extremely grateful for her persistence and willingness to help.
