I recently had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Frankel. Throughout the entire process he and his staff were very friendly and kind knowledgeable and thorough. I never felt like a number always like a person. He also gave me very specific discharge instructions, and followed up with a very complete letter regarding my case. It was the best follow up letter from a doctor I have ever seen.
