As I arrived it was apparent that the EMR system was having issues, they were using paper charts and providers had to rely on cellphones to review things. As I arrived it was apparent that the EMR system was having issues, they were using paper charts and providers had to rely on cellphones to review things. Because of this I wasn't sure what to put for provider reviewing my chart - I pulled up my own info on my cell phone, but that was no fault of his. Otherwise Dr.Singleton is excellent.
