Dr. Park stood at the door with stethoscope around his neck talking to my self and daughter, he had someone typing on the computer who said nothing, He never listened to my heart or lungs, never did a physical assessment,just smiled and said we don't close pfo unless you have a stroke, ask about if I felt heart beat , I stated sometimes it wakes me up out of sleep, he ask if it was weekly I said no, so I guess I didn't qualify for a heart monitor to evaluate it, just wanted physical assessment removed from record because he Never performed it, called office to have it removed.
