Would not communicate with Ins. Company or send info to substantiate need for tx. Received letter of denial due to, "failure of physician to provide documentation in a timely manner". This is pathetic at best. Getting tx approved is difficult, but having a doctor that will not return phone calls to his patient or Ins. Co is inexcusable. One yr. later was approved for treatment but, said I didn't need blood work until 2 weeks post treatment. Unbelievable! .....
