“She greeted me with warmth, list...”

She greeted me with warmth, listened well and managed the administrative tasks at the same time (fast typist!). I also wanted a couple referrals for preventative things I've never had done and have been wanting to -- bone density and dermatology -- and she facilitated those for me.
