Charlene is incredible. I have only needed to see her annually for my routine check ups the past few years, but she is aware of any other medical appointments I may have had throughout the year. She is willing to work collaboratively with my providers outside of Wellspan. She takes the time to speak in detail about different options regarding medications. She encourages me to do my own research prior to making any decisions. Overall, I thoroughly appreciate her approach and feel seen and heard at each appointment.
