“Her listening skills were abysma...”

Her listening skills were abysmal, kept putting her hand over the middle if her chest and telling me she is only a PA. Really? The surgeon who did my replacement had a PA who did, answered, scheduled EVERYTHING. He didn't blow me off. I wouldn't see her, or anyone else in that office, ever again. Pathetic
