The provider didnt ask me any questions, he seemed rushed. He didnt talk to me about options, he only offered a cortisone shot which he just called "a shot" and when I declined he didn't offer me any other options. It seemed that once I declined "the shot" he wasn't interested in helping me to treat myself.…

The provider didnt ask me any questions, he seemed rushed. “Every appt has been very positiv...”

Every appt has been very positive. Very friendly. Concerned regarding my pain level during X-rays. Dr Richards explains and talks to me in a very encouraging way. He's seen a lot of progress since my injury occurred. Especially this last appt. I'm very grateful for him and all staff members who I've encountered.
