I was frustrated because Danielle was not familiar with the splint that she gave the aide to put on my hand and the aide did not have sufficient training to put It on properly, I did not receive a visit summary when I left about how to care for the fracture and no one told me verbally. The visit was rushed. I went to another orthopedist days later for a second opinion and to know what to do for the fracture as It heals.
