Both the nurse and provider had zero bed side manner. I asked for a routine PaP and she argued with me about the need of one. She didn't know my medical history as she admitted not taking time to look. She dismissed my worries about a previous painful visit. She seriously needs to spend more time learning patient care and manners instead of putting all her effort into lip filler and eyelashes!

Provider was nice enough, and she answered all my questions thoroughly and a way for me to understand and she respected and supported my decisions toward my health. It did feel like they were just running through the motions, though, to get me out of there as soon as possible. The meet with the provider felt rushed. Overall the experience was okay, but I would prefer my normal provider over this one.
