Ms. Hitchcock is the only provider at this practice who has not traumatized or hurt me (seriously, I almost never went back because of two other providers at this office). She always listens to me, never hurts me, and is sensitive to my feelings. My only disappointment is that I received a test result that was unexpected and I didn't receive a phone call from her to answer questions, just a scheduler to schedule my follow-up appointment. I ended up using ChatGPT to figure out what my test results meant so that was disappointing but I know she's busy.
